Shipping times may vary depending on availability and are subject to delays due to postal delays or acts of God for which we are not responsible.

Sleepbdofficial.com reserves the right to refuse any request from you. If your order is accepted, we will notify you by email and will confirm the identity of the party with whom you have contracted. a) Our contract

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order: this email is confirmation only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you email confirmation that the goods you ordered have been shipped to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract formed.

b) Prices and availability 

While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices displayed on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

You will also be charged for shipping costs; these additional costs will be clearly displayed and included in the "Total Cost" if applicable.

c) Payment

Upon receipt of your order, we perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Once the goods have been shipped and you have received a confirmation email, your card will be debited after the authorization is received. The funds received when your card is debited are used as consideration for the value of the goods you purchased, as stated in the confirmation email.

Guarantee

SleepBD guarantees the quality of its products. Should you experience any problems with our products before the expiration date (see bottle label), please do not hesitate to contact us; we will replace your product free of charge.

Return and refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of the purchase date. If you wish to return your ordered goods, you have 14 days to do so. Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Delivery

Standard delivery is by courier. We usually deliver within 1-30 business days. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. We ship to all countries except sanctioned and high-risk countries (e.g. Afghanistan, China, Indonesia or North Korea).
